Small variations in handcrafted products are natural and are not considered defects.

Orders

After placing an order, you may receive confirmation by email or SMS. Confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. ANQIRA may cancel or refuse an order because of pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be handled under the Refund Policy.

Payments

We accept online payments through trusted payment gateway providers. ANQIRA does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping and delivery

• Delivery timing depends on location and the courier partner
• Weather, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays

Jewellery care

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, chemicals, and cosmetics
• Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
• Store pieces separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use
• Improper care may reduce the life of plating and finishes

Intellectual property

The ANQIRA name, logo, product names, descriptions, photographs, graphics, designs, videos, and website content are the intellectual property of ANQIRA and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

User conduct

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANQIRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, courier delays, interruptions outside our control, or minor variations in handcrafted and natural-material products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
