Delivery charges
Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is above ₹999. A ₹50 delivery charge applies when the merchandise subtotal is ₹999 or below. The applicable charge is shown before payment.

Dispatch and delivery
The estimated dispatch time shown on each product begins after payment confirmation. Most pieces are dispatched within three working days unless the product page states otherwise. Carrier transit times vary by destination and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking
When available, the tracking number appears in Order History after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to update after collection.

Delivery issues
If packaging appears materially damaged, document it before opening and contact ANQIRA promptly. Report missing, incorrect, or damaged items with photographs and the order number so the team can investigate.
